Bryon Fortner, and Steve Bostic presented Candy Toler with a Joint Citation in appreciation of her tireless efforts on the “Hill” protecting engineers.	Bryon Fortner, TSPE(L) and Steve Bostic, ACEC of TN (R) presented Kent Starwalt (TN Road Builders) with a Joint Citation for leading the charge to limit liability for road builders and engineers on TDOT Projects

Bryon Fortner, PE and John Cole, PE presented Mack McCarley, PE, Thompson Engineering (Center) with a Fellow’s Certificate. The National Society of Professional Engineers (NSPE) upon the recommendation of the Tennessee Society of Professional Engineers (TSPE) named McCarley to its 2011 class of Fellow Members.  The Fellow membership grade honors those active NSPE members who have demonstrated exemplary and devoted service to their profession, their Society and their community		Incoming TSPE President, John Cole, P.E., (R), presents Bryon Fortner, P.E., with the Past President's Award
	Bryon Fortner, P.E., City of Sevierville (R), received the Outstanding Engineer of the Year Award. This award is the highest honor given to an individual TSPE member.	Tom Needham, P.E., City of Memphis (R), received the Distinguished Service Award. This award recognizes the outstanding service of long-time TSPE members for their exceptional technical contributions to the engineering profession and their contributions to their communities and to the Society.
	William H. Sutton, P.E., UT Chattanooga (R), was presented the Professional Engineer in Government Award by John Cole, P.E. This award recognizes the accomplishments of engineers who serve the local, state, or federal government.	Chuck Saunders, P.E., accepted the Outstanding Employer of the Year Award from John Cole, P.E., on behalf of Fisher & Arnold, Inc. This award recognizes an employer that has made outstanding contributions to the advancement and improvement of the engineering profession through its employment policies and practices
