The Pictsweet Company, headquartered in Bells, TN, is one of the largest processors and marketers of frozen vegetables in the United States with facilities in Tennessee, Utah, California, Texas, & Delaware.  We are currently looking for a Civil Engineer who will be an integral part of our Engineering team with regard to our food processing facilities, cold storage warehouses, agricultural operations, & waste disposal systems.  Requirements include:

  • BS in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited institution

  • Minimum 3.0 GPA in Engineering courses

  • Three years minimum Engineering experience

  • Professional license or willingness to work towards licensure

Electrical Engineer

 Knoxville Office

 

Cannon & Cannon, Inc. (CCI), a Knoxville-based Consulting Engineering and Field Surveying Firm, is receiving resumes for an Electrical Engineering position within our Utility Infrastructure & Operations Group. Successful candidate will work with staking technicians and designers on projects for electric cooperatives and municipal systems.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • B.S., Electrical Engineering, Professional Engineer or ability to obtain a P.E.

  • 5+ years in the power utility field, with experience in planning and design of distribution and transmission voltages from 4 kV to 161 kV both overhead and underground

  • Knowledge of system modeling and planning

  • Understanding of power utility operations

  • Ability to design roadway and site lighting

  • Experience in electric substation design, protection and control systems a plus
